Live learning, in person and online
Your programme begins with an in-person session in Sofia. Practical weekend workshops are combined with focused two-hour online sessions, giving you the energy of learning together and the flexibility to participate from anywhere.
Practice for the real world of HR
Work on realistic HR cases, solve workplace challenges and receive direct feedback from experienced professionals. You will also explore how AI and modern digital tools can support recruitment, people management and smarter decision-making—without replacing human judgement.
Complete a project. Earn your certificate.
Bring everything together in a final project based on a real HR situation. Complete the programme with at least 80% attendance and receive an HR Academy certificate with a unique number that employers can verify online.
